Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to return ordered goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. To make a return, please contact us at sklep@teesfctry.com with your order number.

Returned items should be unused, in their original condition, and, if possible, with original tags attached. The cost of returning the item is covered by the Customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or a mismatch with the order.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled free of charge until it begins processing — please contact us as soon as possible at sklep@teesfctry.com.

Complaints

If you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order, please contact us at sklep@teesfctry.com. Complaints are processed within 14 days.
